New To The Site, Got Back Into Weightraining

I’ve finally gotten back into weight lifting after a 2 year hiatus.  Feels good to get back into it and I hope to drop about 8 pounds.  I really want to get lean and lose inches more than weight.

Been following the physiquetransformation.com program for 2 years and have learned to eat clean.  I feel healthier and rarely get sick.

We’ll see how things go.
